My way to Bible School
„LITTLE PASTOR“

When I was a small boy my mother took me every Sunday to our home church, that was an AIC (Africa Inland Church).

Together with her I memorized my Bible verses and on the next Sunday I was presenting them at our church. Because of that the people gave me a nickname “little pastor”.

Later on when I went to Secondary School I went to a Christian Union. Very soon the others were asking me to become their leader.

During my school education I went to AIC Makongoro and I became a member of this famous choir. The choir master taught me how to play keyboard and how to manage a choir.

MY WAY TO KENYA

After I left school my choir got an invitation to Kenya. I went with them. In Kenya a pastor was asking me to become the choir master of a small AIC at Nyahururu.

Shortly after that I met an AIC pastor in Nakuru. He was asking me to become a choir master in his big church and from that time I decided to live at Kenya.

FIRST EXPERIENCES

Eight years I was the choir master and the worship leader of the church. I was also the organizer for a Christian outreach. I really enjoyed my ministry.

Apart from ministering I started also to work in boys´ home, a girls´ home and in a youth rescue centre. On one hand I was an educator, on the other hand I was founding a choir in each home. From time to time we were presenting our songs in the AIC. I did also counselling and I taught catechism classes for many years.

2011 Dani came for a practical time to the children’s homes. I got to know her better and I felt on love with her. Finally I asked her to marry me. One year later we married at Germany.

That Dani was able to learn more about my Tanzanian culture we went for one year to Tanzania and we worked there at a school for orphans. But both of us missed Kenya a lot and therefore we were looking for a new job there.
CHURCH MINISTRY AT BOGORIA

Therefore in 2013 we came to Kapkuikui. From Monday to Friday Dani and me did the pastoral program in schools of our church district.

At the weekend we were working at the AIC Kapkuikui and her daughter churches AIC Kaptombes and AIC Tembererwe. Very soon I started a dancing group in each church and catechism classes.

Very often when I was attending the small daughter churches I was ask to lead the service and also to preach. Through this ministry I got a deep desire to learn more about God and his word and to join a Bible school.

I want to learn more about God and his word, finally to teach others.

We spoke about this idea with our German mission agency and they agreed. But because there is not an accepted Bible school in the direct surrounding of Kapkuikui, we decided to move to Nakuru.

Dani found a new ministry at Scripture Union Kenya and I will join the „Grace Bible College“.
GRACE BIBLE COLLEGE

„Grace Bible College“ is a small Bible School at Nakuru. In three years time I will get there the training of becoming a pastor who is accepted at AIC Kenya and AIC Tanzania. To get more practical experience in my spare time I will work at a small AIC at Nakuru.

After Bible school there will bet he possiblity for me to apply at Kabarak University at Nakuru for the Bachelor program.
