Aims and Tasks of Scripture Union

Scripture Union´s tasks are to work together with evangelical churches
1. To make God´s word known to children, young people and families
2. To encourage people of all ages to meet God daily through the Bible and prayer
The aim of Scripture Union is that people may
• Come to personal faith in our Lord Jesus
• Grow in Christian maturity
• Become committed members of local churches and
• Become servants of a world in need.

Scripture Union pursues these aims through a variety of ministries around the world in obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ in reliance on the Holy Spirit.
